This product is made in Italy. BITE Studio knows the process, and make sure that the workers are treated fairly and get a living wage.
The organic cotton is GOTS certified. It is made in compliance with organic agricultural standards that protect the environment and wildlife. Natural methods are used to manage soil quality, diseases, and other issues that arise during the farming process. It is not made with use of synthetic fertilizers or herbicides that strip land of nutrients, and artificial chemicals and GM (Genetically Modified) crops or food for animals are banned.
Organic products does not produce sewage sludge or ionizing radiation, and the organic materials have been sourced with use of natural pesticides. The treatment of the material is also chemical free and holistic.
This product can be sold back to BITE Studios if it ends up not being used. Contact us here and we will guide you in how to get it returned.
The coloring process involves use of chemicals, but only in an organized way, where nothing runs into nature, and where water is cleaned and everything stored and disposed in a proper manner.
This products does not contain any animal material or by-product from animals.
Jeans should be washed as little as possible, but if it needs to be cleaned, put it in a washing bag on hand wash 30° delicate machine program with mild detergent.
Be aware that this deep denim color might bleed a bit in the beginning.
