Supporting Women

By having this women-sentric focus, the whole brand is about giving women a better future.

This product is produced with recycled material and Oeko-Tex certified fabric, where the colouring process is done in a controlled manner and where all chemicals are used in a closed loop where they do not run out into nature. The factory producing the recycled Lycra is also ISA 14001 certified, which implies strict measurements taken in regards to people and nature in the whole production chain.
Waste Reduction
UND swimwears waste-reduction policy starts form the choice of fabric suppliers, which both have in place a waste management system, applied through the use of recycled raw materials, the reduction of packaging materials and the recovery of non hazardous waste. Their production is small and controlled, the fabrics orders are carefully calculated on the number of items they need to produce each season.
Also by using Lycra made of Econyl, a raw material considered as waste and a huge problem in our oceans, and turning that into a high quality product, UND has waste reduction at its core.
Upcycling
UND turn the waste fabrics left from our previous collections into flash capsules, giving those materials a second life. If a fabric remains, UND face that evntuality as a challenge to turn the waste material into a new exciting project, and that’s how their Capsule Collection of activewear was born. An entire collection crafted with fabrics leftovers from the previous swimwear collections.
Water Saving
This product is produced by companies that recover and re-use water, in order to maximize water saving, and also making sure that water running out into the surroundings of the factory is 100% clean.

Care
Swimwear should be rinsed in fresh water after use and placed to dry in an airy spot in the shadows. If you do this after each use, it is not necessary to wash often.
When you need to wash your swimwear, use a cold wash delïcate program and we recommend also using a Gruppy Friend bag, to date the best alternative to catch microplastics from flushing into nature. Studies show that high quality recycled lycra leaves behind less microplastics than virgin lycra materials.
