Every piece is made by hands, on demand in the studio of the designers.
The handcrafting involved in making these pieces, are old and important to preserve. Doing things in a slow way, makes the value of each piece higher. It is touched and cared for, and every piece is, though made with excellent craftsmanship, slightly different from the other.
Every piece in this collection is made in small controlled batches, which means that there’s no overproduction and that each piece is made slowly with focus on craft and quality.
Chemicals used in the production are minimal, and all use is controlled in regards to storing and disposal in a proper manner, following Norwegian laws and guidelines.
Due to the natural materials, both size and look may vary.

Studio Bille only uses natural materials such as freshwater pearls, mineral and gemstones, crafted in 18k gold plated sterling silver. A durable plating that will last for a long time when properly cared for.
To prevent the gold plated finish from fading, we recommend the following:
Avoid direct contact with water and chemical products such as soap or perfume. Makeup, perfume or hairspray may lead to a more dull finish and may cause discoloration. Minerals, gemstones and freshwater pearls may get affected by damp conditions. Remove your piece of jewelry when sleeping, training, bathing og showering. When you are not wearing your Studio Bille piece, we recommend storing it in a cotton bag or box, to keep its shiny surface longer. We recommend storing each piece separately, to prevent scratches.
