After placing an order at JF Curated, you will receive an Order Confirmation from us as soon as payment details are approved. Your order will then be forwarded to the designer, and shipped according to the information on site. You will get an email-confirmation from us when shipment is confirmed.
Shipping to the USA
For imports to US addresses (from European designers) please be aware that US customs may contact you asking you to provide them with your IRS, EIN og SSN number before enabling pickup.
All items at JF CURATED are shipped from the respective designers stock. Be aware that if you order items from different designers, you will receive these deliveries separately, but it will be clearly stated by the product where it is sent from, so you know before you reach the checkout process. Shipping window will vary, based on the individual designers systems, but this is also clearly informed by each product.
Please note that JF Curated cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance or payment transaction delays.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from each designer to the shipping address. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specific delivery address or post office and are signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
